Personal Information

Aadhaar Information
- ·We do not store Aadhaar card numbers. Aadhaar-based authentication is performed directly through UIDAI and the designated certifying authority (NSDL).
- ·Only the minimum information required to complete the eSign process is transmitted, and no Aadhaar data is retained on our servers.
Usage Information
- ·IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
- ·Log information including access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
- ·Location information (city/state level, collected with consent for geo-tag audit trail)
- ·Cookie and session data for platform functionality
How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve our services — processing eSign requests, eStamp procurement, and Leave & License registrations.
To verify your identity and prevent fraud, as required by UIDAI and CCA guidelines.
To generate audit trails for signed documents, which are required for legal validity.

To comply with legal obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

Information Security
Lex-Sign is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and maintains bank-grade security standards for all data.
Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.2/1.3 respectively.
The platform has been audited and certified by CERT-In empaneled auditor CDAC for information security.
Access to your documents and personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Private keys generated for Aadhaar eSign are deleted immediately after the signature is created. Certificate validity is limited to 30 minutes.
Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We share information with UIDAI and NSDL (our certifying authority) as required to process Aadhaar eSign requests.
We share information with government authorities (IGR Maharashtra, stamp duty authorities) as required for Leave & License registration and eStamping.
We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and business insights.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or its users.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
