Sameena Jahangir
Sameena has over a decade of experience in company law, commercial law, and taxation laws. Her practice areas include corporate law, foreign investments, transactional, advisory, secretarial compliance, direct taxation, and regulatory affairs, including advising companies on employment laws and assisting them with the structuring of transactions.
Sameena has significant experience and expertise in drafting various forms of agreements, foreign exchange laws, RBI policies, and structuring deals.
She has been involved in representing many multinational and foreign companies with respect to foreign investments in India, the establishment of wholly-owned subsidiaries, branch and liaison offices, joint ventures & acquisitions in addition to assisting them with their on-going corporate and regulatory compliance in India.
In addition to the above, Sameena is also a qualified company secretary. She has worked with some of the renowned firms in Mumbai and has been a part of very prominent deals. She is also actively involved in teaching and mentoring students at reputed MBA and law colleges.
Zubair Jahangir
Zubair is an Advocate and Chartered Secretary. A highly motivated person with in-depth knowledge of the law. He is updated with the latest amendments and has detailed knowledge of corporate and securities laws.
A young, dynamic personality, Zubair has authored books on various legal subjects. He is a visionary and is constantly striving for perfection. He always goes into detail without losing focus on any subject.
