Lex-Sign is a new age technology platform that helps you e-sign and execute documents virtually and go paperless. Managed by legal professionals who ensure that legality and compliance is maintained as topmost priority. The operational efforts, expenditures and time is minimized and the confidentiality and audit trail for each execution is retained.
Aadhaar eSign — Any individual with an Aadhaar number linked to a valid mobile number.
DSC eSign — Any person who has a Digital Signature Certificate or Document Signer Certificate in their name.
OTP / Virtual eSign — Any individual or business with access to a mobile phone or email address where an OTP can be received.
Lex-Sign has been audited and certified by CERT-In empaneled independent auditor CDAC, certifying the technical integration and security safeguards. We comply with guidelines formulated by the CCA (Controller of Certifying Authorities) and the UIDAI. Additionally, Lex-Sign offers bank-grade security where data confidentiality is maintained and security controls for all information are ensured. Certificate validity is only 30 minutes and the private key is deleted immediately after the signature is created.
Digital signatures reduce operational costs, save time, and promote business efficiency. Documents can be signed remotely at the click of a button without the physical presence of parties. The audit trail of the electronic signature is validated immediately by Lex-Sign and an audit report is shared with the initiator. As soon as one party affixes a signature on the PDF document, the document is locked, eliminating the possibility of amendment, tampering, or fraud.
Aadhaar eSign is a UIDAI-authorised digital signature mechanism. There are 2 classes: OTP Class (authentication via OTP using Aadhaar eKYC) and Biometric Class (authentication via Fingerprint/IRIS). OTP Class Aadhaar eSign facilitated by Lex-Sign is valid, legal and equivalent to a Class-II DSC under the IT Act 2000.
Yes. Lex-Sign is integrated and approved by the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and has been audited and certified by CERT-In empaneled CDAC for information security and compliance with CCA and UIDAI guidelines. As per on-boarding guidelines issued by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, we are legally authorised to provide Aadhaar eSign services.
Yes. Aadhaar eSign-based digital signatures are fully admissible in court. Under Section 67A of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, one does not need to prove the authenticity of a secure digital signature. Aadhaar eSign can be used to sign all documents except those expressly excluded under the First Schedule of the IT Act: (1) Negotiable instruments (other than cheques), (2) Power-of-attorney, (3) Trust documents, (4) Wills and testamentary dispositions, (5) Contracts for sale or conveyance of immovable property.

eStamping is the online equivalent of physical stamp paper — you pay stamp duty online and receive a SHCIL-backed digital stamp paper with a unique certificate number. Lex-Sign procures the eStamp Certificate, prints the required legend, and merges it with your document. The original eStamp Certificate is delivered to you. It is legally valid under the Indian Stamp Act and accepted across India.
Lex-Sign makes it possible to validly pay stamp duty for digital instruments. You create a Stamp Request by filling a simple form. We procure the eStamp Certificate as per the provided details, print a legend on it, and upload a scan. When you upload your document, it gets merged with the scan and the Sr. No. of the eStamp Certificate is printed on every page. You can then continue to sign and send the document.

Yes. NRI landlords can register via a Power of Attorney (PoA) given to a trusted local representative. Our executive handles the PoA holder's biometrics and coordinates with the tenant separately if they are in different locations. We guide NRI clients through the entire PoA registration process step by step.
We currently serve Pune (all localities including Baner, Kothrud, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kalyani Nagar), Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Pimpri-Chinchwad. We are actively expanding to Nagpur and Nashik.
No subscription required. The Startup plan is pay-as-you-go: ₹15–25 per eSign and ₹100 per document, only when you use the service. No monthly fee, no annual commitment, and no credit card needed to sign up.
The RBI Master Direction limits term loans sanctioned using OTP-based eKYC to not exceed INR 60,000 in a year. This cap is for KYC purposes only and is not applicable to eSigning of Agreements. The IT Act and CCA guidelines do not prescribe any cap on the ticket size for digital agreements.
