Do I need a subscription?

No. The Startup plan is pure pay-as-you-go. You only pay when you sign a document. No monthly fee, no annual commitment.

Is there a free trial?

You can sign up and explore the dashboard for free. No credit card required to create an account.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST (18%). GST is added at the time of payment as per Indian tax laws. GSTIN: 27AAECL2454N1Z6.

What is the refund policy?

Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. eSign credits used are non-refundable. Unused credits may be carried forward as per your plan terms.

Is there a cap on Aadhaar eSign ticket size?

The RBI cap of ₹60,000 applies only to KYC purposes for term loans. It does not apply to eSigning agreements. The IT Act does not prescribe any ticket size limit for digital agreements.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade to Business or Enterprise at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
